Ch. Teloca Patches Littl' Dickens – 13"

We were doing really well, very successful showing Beagles. We were showing in Miami, Florida and the wonderful lady Marie Shuart of Teloca Beagles approached us. She offered to give us one of her Beagles as she would like for us to special one of her dogs. She brought seven dogs and we just did not feel any of them could be a top winner. When we rejected all she said I do have one more puppy. The most beautiful Beagle puppy we had ever seen strutted across the floor and we all agreed, that's the one. He was the very great Ch. Teloca Patches Littl' Dickens.

Dickens did it all and was more than we could have dreamed of and put us on the Beagle map. A great sire, who only produced for two years and sired 95 champions. He still holds the title for the AKC all time record for more champions in one year than any other dog. He won the national, Multiple Best in Shows, multiple Groups and two years placed in the group at Westminster. He retired the "Ch. The Whims Firecracker" challenge trophy. He always gave us more than we expected or had hoped for.

"Dickens" passed away quietly in his sleep at age 14. Today all of our Beagles are down from and descendants of the great "Ch. Teloca Patches Littl' Dickens".
